I bought this armband for my iPod mini to use while running and it works great. The band is wide so it's comfortable. I have skinny runner's arms and it fits just fine. Stays snug and in place during all my runs from 6 to 20 milers. My only gripe is that the rubberized sleeve you put the iPod in which the armband itself attaches to has a hole in it where the cable that connects the iPod to the computer plugs in. Makes sense, as the whole idea is to put the iPod in the rubberized sleeve and you leave it here. I wear the iPod upside down on my arm so that when I look down at the display the display is facing the right way to be read. Unfortunately though it means sweat can drip down and into the hole in the iPod itself which can't be good for it. It's not a design flaw in the product, but some sort of little trap door or some sort of plug to cover the hole would be a neat feature. I solved the problem by putting a small strip of tape across it. I still rate it a 5 out of 5. It also comes with a lanyard to wear around your neck and a swivel belt attachment. Both of those are well constructed, although since I bought it strictly for running I haven't used those items. The item shipped from an Office Depot subsidiary and from time of order to time of arrival to my front door was 4 days. Excellent on all counts.
Works just fine, stays where I put it.
I've had several armbands for various MP3 players and this one is the most comfortable I've ever had. It works just like it should but makes me wish I had bigger arms but still works fine (I would prefer a shorter band).

My only complaint is the rubber case fits very tight so it's hard to take off. This might be a good thing for some people, but I'd like to take it off sometime to change into the clip or put into a dock for portable speakers. This isn't enough of an inconvenience to downgrade it a star though.
I purchased this because it had pretty good reviews and was very pleasantly suprised to find that it came with a few extra items that I was not expecting: 1.) A belt clip, 2.) A cord to wear it around the neck, 3.) A molded plastic case to protect the Ipod. I have only used the arm band so far and I have found it to be very sturdy despite what other reviewers say. To give you an idea, I have used it for about 6 weeks now and go to the gym 3 times a week. It's still as good as new. I also bought it because Ipod's arm band was almost $30 and I wasn't about to spend that kind of money just because it had an Ipod name.

Great product at a great price!
Everything IMO was very self explanitory and easy to use.

I really like the Ipod holder itself and use it free of the clip or armband.
some of the things are Snug, And that is a GREAT thing! I dont worry about losing the Ipod at all!
The Clip and armband are VERY secure!!!

And the lanyard IMO is kinda useless. Way too long, but I never intended to use it at all!
This works really well. Has a clip, elastic for arm and
string for around neck.
A bit too heavy but still does the job. Rubber helps protect the ipod. I dropped it in the street and the ipod was protected.

First of all, the belt clip that was included was broken, rendering it useless. I had no use for the lanyard either, because the mini bounces around too much off a lanyard. I do use the armband for jogging, and it works well.
i purchased this for my wife's mini. she was very exited to get it, then had trouble tightening it around her arm. she is petite, 5'3" and around 115 lbs. we finally got it to tighten around her arm but trying different ways of securing the band through the actual holder. now it works ok. find something else.
I haven't had any troubles with this armband at all. Being an avid runner I am VERY picky about my gear. This has held up through many hours/miles. The band has not frayed and the sleeve holds the iPod securely. The only drawback is the knob on the back that is used for the belt clip. It doesn't dig in your arm but it leaves a mark when you take the band off.

Overall - a great product for the money!
This is a very poorly constructed product. The thin stips of velcro are not sewn on well. The stitching on mine came apart the first time I used it. I now just use the mini Ipod belt clip on a water bottle carrying belt when I run and it works perfectly. If you really want an armband, I would buy the Ipod brand over this one despite it's ridiculous price.
