<p>I am business consultant and use as primary printer while at client site - the color ink continuously errors and has to be cleaned to work for a while before clogging i guess as wiping base seems to get back on line. I have changed cartridges frequently with no improvement- color cartridge is the problem- machines sits there and tries to clean itself so also noisy have to power off</p>

<p>I'm pleased with the product, but the description does not disclose that the product does not contain an internal WIFI module.<br />This is something that must be purchased seperately. The accessories mentioned are sparse compared to what all is offered at "HP's" website.<br />I believe that more information should be disclosed on your website about this product. <br />It would be helpful for customers looking to purchase it.</p>

<p>If you have used a printer before, had problems setting it up, get the h470b. Just put in the ink, plug it in and GO! Very simple and great printing!</p>

This printer is exactly what I needed for travel. It isn't excessively heavy and is compact enough to put in my larger computer bag along with my laptop or in my laptop roller bag. It was a bit difficult to install the drivers from the CD on a couple of my laptops but after a couple of tries, it installed. Print quality is very good, even graphics.

Just got this little printer for away projects and so far it's worked nicely. Prints cleanly and at good print speed. I like the battery option when no power is available and the compact size is great for tight spots.

I have just earlier versions of this unit from HP before. I travel, and do printing in the field. This is by far the best version, they just keep getting better and better.

The printer is excellent, however, the HP software shipped with it is totally annoying. It requests access to the install CD everytime the computer is booted. I uninstalled the software and just use the drivers. It works just fine that way.

I travel a lot and the 470 is an essential component of my roving office. I love the flexibility and speed of my 470. It's a great buy for those on the go. I also get decent quality from fast draft for non-essential docs.

Great printer for having a small footprint. I was impressed with the speed. The dpi was equally good providing vivid pictures from my digital camera. This is a mobile printer for my car at work. Printer comes with a battery, although I use a DC power adapter as I print often every day. Now that I've had it a couple weeks, I would buy it again.

Downloaded drivers from hp.com/support to avoid problems noted at other forums. Easy to use, love the two sided function(brings joy to my cheap little heart). Only problem is with HP not the printer. To use the wireless function I must use the HP wireless adapter, printer will not even acnkowledge my Linksys adapter.

Bought this printer only because all our old printers will not work with my new laptop with Vista. Printer works okay but sometimes paper jams and printer gets "amnesia". But my biggest gripe is that the printer arrived with missing software and I had the extra expense of purchasing said software from the HP website and had to await arrival of software before I could even set up my printer. I am a college professor and my time and documents are very important.

The H470 is a nifty little printer and prints very fast, but there is always a delay of 10-30 seconds before printing even starts. At times the delay is followed by a message of a mis-aligned cartridge, so I find myself a bit frustrated at times. The telling statistic is that if I had it to do over again, I would have done even more research and probably gotten a different printer. <br /> <br />jw

This printer is convenient on the raod with its smaller size and battery power source where AC power is not readily available. The bluetooth conectivity would have probably made it even more convenient, but I'm satisfied overall.

This is a great printer and has come in handy more than once. I am in the military and do a great deal traveling around and this printer has been there to do the job numerous times. It is nice and compact where it fits in the same backpack as the laptop that I use it on. Have been able to print out items in the field being has a battery on the printer as well. Very lightweight and rugged as well. Is able to withstand some rough handling and bumping and still work like a champ. All around great product.
