This was a suggested accessory for the Flip Mino HD. The flip mino is too tall/long for this to close and will allow the camera to fall out essentially defeated the purpose of the item. However, it is a great case for a smaller item. Perhaps a cell phone or smaller camera. The magnetic clasp at the top is pretty weak but when it comes to electronics, you cant really be using strong magnets. If I weren't so lazy, I would've sent it back. I am a fan of lowepro and think they make great products!

Caution: Nice little bag, but watch out, I discovered after it arrived, that there are two real strong magnets that are used for the top closure. Probably not best to have magnets anywhere near electronics....or maybe I'm just old fashioned. It claims to be made for MP3 players, Flip Video Cameras. I use it, but removed the magnets.

We got this to keep the Flip Mino safe. It's very cute, but has two problems, relies on a magnet to close and is NOT secure. But, it won't close at all over the Flip Mino. The Flip is too tall. So we have not used it at all for that. Haven't figured out a good use for it yet. Not safe enough for keys while running.

I gave this 4 stars, but for my intended application it's worth less than that. I bought this one at the time I ordered the Flip Mino video camera because Amazon listed this case as an appropriate accessory. It's not. The case is not quite deep enough, so the camera sticks out the top a little too much to close the top with the magnetic clasp.

I bought a handful of these to use with Flip Mino video recorders. I think I like the Flip brand case a little better. This one doesn't completely close and uses a magnetic clasp that if I remember correctly is not recommended for use around some electronic devices. I'm a big fan of Lowe Pro products and own a bunch of their cases but I don't feel that this is one of their better items.

This is a nice case, but it is too small for the Flip Video Camera. It was marketed for use with the FLIP, which is why I'm not happy with it. If the top actually closed with the FLIP in it, I would like it a lot. But, it doesn't close.

I purchased this case for a Flip Video Mino video recorder. The case is a nice design with a clever magnetic latch at the top. The "10" in the name represents 10 centimeters. If they made a Tasca 12, it would be the ideal case for the Mino video recorder. The mino slips into the case, however it is too tall for the padded magnetic area at the top to press together properly. In normal walking around, there is almost no way the Mino would fall out, however, if you fell down, the camcorder could go flying. Also, if it started raining while you were out, your Mino would certainly get wet if you left it in the case.

Lowepro is known for their quality camera cases, and the Tasca 10- while small- doesn't disappoint. If you're looking for a quality, low cost solution to keeping your cell phone padded and protected, look no further. The magnetic closure is solid, and the carabiner attachment is a nice touch (though the sleeve is small enough to comfortably fit into your pants pocket). This little sleeve by itself is sufficient enough to keep your phone, Ipod, or small digital camera protected, but coupled with a case made by Pelican or Otterbox (both make very durable waterproof cases, the only drawback being they are UNLINED), this sleeve is essential for people wanting their electronic investments to stay in immaculate condition. I bought two (one for me, and one for my better half)!
